Made as directed, except with canola oil instead of melted butter. Wonderful pancakes with delicious fruity sauce full of anti-oxidants. We make a lot of pancakes around here and these were tender, fluffy, and very yummy. No problems cooking or with over-browning, I always use a Calphalon griddle pan, no greasing is necessary. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

I just made the cakes and added more blueberries. They were soooooo good and I am going to make the sauce next time. Thanks for sharing.

Wonderful way to start the day! Makes you feel spoiled. I would agree with a couple of the other posts these pancakes will become dark quickly and if you like a nice golden brown pancake have your griddle at a slightly lower temp. (Even the dark ones taste awesome though  )

These are so good - one of my special occasions breakfasts! I find, though, that they tend to burn easily so I use a low heat to cook them.
