Great dessert!!! Easy to prepare and great "comfort of home" taste. This one will be prepared many times in my home

Very good way to eat our blueberries;they are so good for you. I used frozen berries and I didn't put the lemon rind.Served with low fat ice cream. Thank you for posting. Rita

Reminds me of a bread pudding only with blueberrys.Excelent blueberry flavor. I did mix it with the mixer and did not have to bake it 55 min, only 35. This has more blueberry flavor than muffins, and is very easy to make.
