How was this recipe overlooked for so long?! This is a delicious, but simple, recipe for dessert biscuits. I used lemon rind instead of orange rind (didn't have an orange) and left out the nutmeg (personal preference) but otherwise followed the recipe closely. I thought that the blueberries would burst when I kneaded them into the dough, but they all stayed intact. I got 20 biscuits out of the recipe, so I think I'll roll it out a little thicker next time. Thanks for posting this, NurseDi!
