Blueberry Banana Smoothie

A great way to start your day. Blueberries can be substituted with any other berry. I prefer to use frozen berries to make it extra frosty but fresh is good too.

SERVES 2 , 1 cup (change servings and units)

    In a blender, crush ice.

    Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

I added orange juice as my juice of choice plus I added a tablespoon of granular Splenda for a little extra sweetness. Made for the Spring 2009 PAC.
