Another entry in my collection of oatmeal ideas. My guess is this would also work well with apricots or some other flavored creamer.

Wow! Who knew that coffee creamer in oatmeal worked. I made as directed except I addes some flax seed to it. Very good and very healthy. Thanks!

This was really good oatmeal! I just love fresh blueberries and I thought the addition of the coffee creamer was a good idea. I would maybe use half the amount of creamer next time just because I thought it made it a bit to watery, but I will be making this again for sure!

This is nice and creamy. I used Irish oatmeal and added the frozen berries toward the end of cooking. I added a touch of brown sugar when serving. Delicious.

This is a nice creamy breakfast. I used quick cooking oats and frozen blueberries. I made the mistake of cooking the oats the 1 minute prescribed on the package and then, after that minute, adding the frozen berries. This, basically, made it ice cold immediately. I would recommend that if you are planning on using frozen berries you put them in while cooking. I used soy creamer which was fine. The creaminess was nice; usually I only achieve that kind of creaminess using milk as the main liquid. I do think I'd like it to be a little bit sweeter. But I enjoyed it and plan on trying it again! Thanks toni. Your oatmeals are out of this world!
