A little more "cakey" than I'm used to, but I've never met a cookie that I didn't like ;0)

GREAT and very chocolaty. These cookies are very easy to make. I followed the recipe and after 25 minutes of baking the cookies came out perfect out of the oven. The taste of these cookies depend on the quality of the chocolate you use. Use your favorite chocolate for best results.

These are the cookies I make every first day of school. These are our favorites. Very soft if you do not overmix. I use 1 cup of mini chocolate chips instead of 2cups of the regular. I like the smaller chips so I can use my TBSP scoop without breaking up the chocolate. I find that 1 cup of the mini to be better than 2 cups because the chocolate can become overpowering. These are very good made into icream sandwiches. Now I've just made myself want to bake a batch. lol Off to the fridge I go to take out the butter.
