I noticed people were saying it is not a good consistency, well, you just have to keep blending and adding more olive oil until it is thicker. Mine turned out perfect, i have been using your recipe as a base for other sauces like I added pesto to it and it was beautiful on pan fried salmon I cooked tonight. Thanks connie427 for submitting this recipe!

This was a snap. And just delicious. The only change I made was to omit the salt and add anchovy paste.

Great dressing recipe, the only change I would make is to add a tbs (or two) of dijon mustard for a little kick! Thanks for posting!
