Here's an unusual, but delicious and easy, method of cooking shrimp. I would suggest 1lb. per person. You can get the shrimp from www.BigEasySeafood.com.

SERVES 1 -2 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
  2. 2
Place shrimp in black iron skillet in attractive pattern.
  3. 3
    Squeeze lemon juice over shrimp.
  4. 4
Sprinkle generously with garlic powder, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and peppers.
  5. 5
Pat on butter/margarine in small pieces around skillet.
  6. 6
Place in hot oven for 7 minutes.
  7. 7
    Remove from oven.
  8. 8
Serve from skillet with hot French bread.

Great recipe! I was a little overly generous with the hot sauce so I'll watch that next time. Also, was confused as to what type of red pepper was called for. I chopped up a red bell pepper and everything was delicious. This is a keeper for me!

This was Delicious! HOT & SPICY! A friend's family has a secret cajun shrimp recipe and I always wanted to be able to make my own. This recipe is actually better than theirs! It was very easy to make and the french bread was good dipped in the sauce around the shrimp and to soothe the burning mouth. I will use this recipe over and over im sure!
