Bisquick Chicken Fingers

This recipe is quick and easy.I got the recipe off of a bisquick box. Yummy and lower in fat than fried chicken fingers.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. 2
    Line a cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.
  3. 3
    In a plastic resealable bag, mix Bisquick mix, cheese, garlic, and paprika.
  4. 4
    Dip half the chicken strips in egg; place in bag of Bisquick mixture. Seal bag and shake to coat.
  5. 5
    Place chicken on cookie sheet.
  6. 6
    Repeat using remaining chicken.
  7. 7
    Drizzle butter over chicken.
  8. 8
    Bake for 12-14 minutes, turning halfway through bake time.

    These are wonderful! Absolutely delicious. I made them last night for my mom, my sister, and my boyfriend, and they all loved them. I served them with http://www.recipezaar.com/Country-Gravy-Cream-Gravy-205599 and the gravy just made them that much better (: I'll definitely be making them again (: Thanks so much for posting this (:

    We love these and ususally make about once a month. I use regular salt and add garlic powder. Delish!

    Yummy, beats the bagged frozen varieties any day. I loved the parmesan and garlic flavors. I sprayed my pan with garlic flavored Pam and still drizzled a bit of butter on top. 13 min. made a perfectly moist piece of chicken.
