Definitely super easy to make, however, very dry, and even after reading the reviews prior to making, I had snuck in some extra chunks of butter atop the cinnamon mix (like you see Cinnabon bakers), but it still came out dry.

My family loves cinnamon rolls, but I don't like dealing with yeast, so this recipe was fantastic! I did make a couple changes. I substituted 1/2 c whole wheat flour, and increased the milk to 1/2 cup. I also used brown sugar in the filling. For the icing, I mixed it in the same bowl I used to mix the filling to pick up some of the cinnamon flavor. I also used milk instead of water, and added about 1/2 tsp of vanilla. We will definitely make this again and again! Thanks for sharing!!

Yum, yum, yum! Easy and delicious. My only word of advice would be to make sure you don't spread the butter/sugar/cinnamon all the way to the edge; I did and too much leaked out when I rolled this up. I used brown sugar in the filling, as that's the flavour I wanted, and I too used milk instead of water in the glaze, plus I added just a drop or two of vanilla. Next time I will make more glaze/icing, too. Great recipe; I know these won't last long!
