i have twice tried to make cookies w/ cornflakes and both time they turn soggy and chewy and not very fun to eat. this cookie was no exception.. the cookie was good but the flakes were not. i subbed walnuts for the coconut and threw in some reeses pieces. that was really good i really liked the texture the walnuts gave it. i also used wheat flour. the cookie tasted pretty good besides the tough chewiness of the flakes.. maybe that is how it is suppose to be and i just dont like it. i was expecting a crunch. thanks for a new exp.

Excellent recipe! This makes a lot more than 36 cookies (I got 96!), but since they all disappeared quickly, I don't think I will cut this recipe in half .. thanks

These were great. I made them and sent some to Iraq for a coworker who is there and took some to work with me for everyone to enjoy and they did just that. Thank you for a great recipe.
