Awesome! So easy to get together, and bake. Come out with a wonderful flavor. The kids couldn't wait to try them!

We thought these were pretty good! I was hoping to have mine come out big and flat; however, they did not spread very much during baking. I used 1/2 c. butter flavored Crisco and 1/2 c. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Lite. They were the best peanut butter recipe I've tried thus far, but I am still on the look for a recipe that resembles the way Publix peanut butter cookies taste - extremely peanut buttery and not heavy. My boyfriend and I wound up with tummy aches from eating so much batter! I can't wait to try them tomorrow on an empty stomach. UPDATE: I had some leftovers last night and they are even better several days after! They are chewy in the center and crispy on the outsides.

This is the best peanut butter cookie ever. The only thing I did differently was used half butter and half crisco. I won a blue ribbon at the fair. This dough keeps very well in fridge if you don't want to bake all the cookies at once.

YUM! This takes the place of my old recipe. I love these cookies..Words to discribe them: Chewy inside, crunchier outside, flatter, light colored, peanut buttery!!
Everything i've been looking for, where have you been all my life!? Thanks!
