Very Good! My husband loved it and that was what we were aiming for. Will definitely make this simple, easy recipe again. Thanks for reminding me that the simplicity is all that is needed in this dish.

I added zucchini to the recipe. I added salt and pepper and garlic. It was easy to make. Thanks for sharing this with us.

Bev, this was delicious! We loved the buttery taste the squash gets. It gets cooked, but not too soft. This is a simple basic recipe with a minimum of ingredients, yet it could be on the most elegant table! We used the salt and pepper and also a sprinkling of paprika for color. Thanks for a recipe I will use often!

Delicious! This is how we like to cook (and eat) summer squash and zucchini, too. Sometimes I add a little minced garlic to the onions just before I add the squash. I've also sauteed thinly sliced carrots with the onions. What a simple yet delicious veggie dish to prepare while meat is on the grill. Thanks Bev!
