Asian Inspired Coconut Crab Cakes

These were so good and so easy. I did reduce the soy sauce to 3/4 c. and I didn't marinate them at all due to lack of time. They were super flavorful and not overly salty or overwhelmed by the soy sauce. These are a great alternative to buffalo style wings and are very kid friendly. My very picky husband (and not a big soy sauce fan) loved them and said "they have the perfect sauce" and my seven year old and four year old liked them too. Thanks Lennie.

Absolutely delicious. Second time I've made them and they will be devoured!! I use low sodium soy, and then the last 15 minutes move them up to 425 to get that beautiful color.. Easy and fantastic. Thank You!!!

This must be the "Sue-Ann Nivens" side of Betty White, not the "Rose Nylund"! These are awesome wings! I used a 3 lb package of the frozen "drummettes" and it worked out perfect! Sweet and slightly salty...a nice change of pace from the "hot" buffalo wings everyone else serves...and you don't need a dippping sauce to cool your mouth down!
