This is so good that I make a bowl of this along with regular ranch for buffets and this one gets eaten up immediately by everyone. Perfect for a dip or salad dressing.

Thank you for posting this!!! I haven't been able to have milk products for about 10 years since I become sensitive. This was absolutely fantastic. I used olive oil based mayo and original almond milk. And, I didn't have parsley. But, this tastes like the ranch dressing I remembered. My fiance ate half of it too and said it was fantastic as well. This will absolutely help me eat more veggies. I ate 2 bowls of salad without any effort last night, which is really great. I put the leftovers in the fridge and expect that it will be even better today. Should have made more!!!!!!! Thank you so much :-D.

    I was worried that I wouldn't love this because I'm not a big fan of vegan mayonnaise (it smells) but, in fact, this was delicious. I made it with only have the soy milk and it was a perfect dip; then, I whisked in a little milk in the leftovers and have some dressing. It's not exactly like Hidden Valley Ranch but it definitely fills the spot. Thanks Dragonshoes!

    I'm just starting to go organic as much as possible so when I saw this recipe I decided to try it. I must say that it is very, very good. I didn't have any garlic powder so I used garlic salt (powder is on my grocery list). The longer this is refrigerated the better the flavor. Thanks.
