This is so good that I make a bowl of this along with regular ranch for buffets and this one gets eaten up immediately by everyone. Perfect for a dip or salad dressing.

2 cups (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Whisk all ingredients together and chill before serving. Add a little more soy milk if you need to thin dressing.

I went looking for a non-dairy ranch dressing and found this. We also don't use soy (and aren't vegan), so I used Hellman's canola mayo instead of vegan mayo. Also the drought had done a number on my fresh parsley, so I subbed in a couple teaspoons of dried. It was a great ranch dressing. I think next time I might make it a bit thinner if I' going to use it on a salad rather than as a dip.

I was worried that I wouldn't love this because I'm not a big fan of vegan mayonnaise (it smells) but, in fact, this was delicious. I made it with only have the soy milk and it was a perfect dip; then, I whisked in a little milk in the leftovers and have some dressing. It's not exactly like Hidden Valley Ranch but it definitely fills the spot. Thanks Dragonshoes!

I'm just starting to go organic as much as possible so when I saw this recipe I decided to try it. I must say that it is very, very good. I didn't have any garlic powder so I used garlic salt (powder is on my grocery list). The longer this is refrigerated the better the flavor. Thanks.
