I liked the flavor of this marinade, but thought the lemon pepper was too over-powering. I would like to make this again and might use only 1 tablespoon of the lemon pepper seasoning!

I also doubled the marinade(except the oil). These chops were flavorful and moist, not dry at all. The only set back was a slighty too salty taste. I think it was the lemon pepper I used, the second listed ingredient on the jar was salt. Marinated them for 2 hours, so easy to throw into a gallon zipper bag for a fast clean up. DH cooked them up on his George Foreman indoor grill. Served with steamed veggies, rice and applesauce. Thanks for posting, this goes into our family favorites cookbook.

WOW!!!!! These are soooooo good! I only let them marinate for 2 hours and they were great. I would, however, marinate them for longer as the flavour would be better. I took one of the other reviewers advice and cut back on the oil. As well, I added one more garlic clove (love garlic!) Thanks for posting this, I will definately make this again!!!

This is a great marinade! I used it on chicken as well. It is really good for grilling skinless chicken because the marinade adds fat so the chicken doesn't burn. I think the next time I make it, though, I will reduce the amount of oil.
