Thank you for posting this recipe. It is just like the one my parents made when I was a kid. I only have one exception: do not clean off any of the pulp and pumpkin "guts" from the seeds. Leave all of that on, mix with the other ingredients, and roast as directed. All that oooey-gooey turns into the most delicious, crispy savory treat. When I was a kid that was my favorite part to eat and it still is!

These seeds are the best I've ever had by far!! One suggestion; You could just mix the butter/worcestershire sauce in a bowl with the seeds. This helps save some time and saturates the seeds better. Highly Recommended recipe!!!

Delicious! Even my 3yo loved them. There was very little left for me to eat because the flavor was so great. However I did find them to be a bit greasy because of the margarine. I will definately use this recipe again.
