This is a fantastic dip for veggies or buffalo wings

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    In a bowl mash the blue cheese with the buttermilk until the mixture resembles large-curd cottage cheese.

    Add in sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and salt; mix until well blended.

    Season with black pepper to taste.

YUM! If you like blue cheese dressing you will love this recipe. I made it a day ahead of time to let chill and get all its flavors combined. It was delicious over my salad today. Can't wait to try with some chicken wings too. Thanks for sharing this delicious recipe Kittencal!!

    A creamy dressing with some bite, thanks to the lemon juice. Blue cheese and garlic--made for each other! Great combination of ingredients in this one!

    Very good. I used 1 small clove of garlic and doubled the blue cheese. I keep this dressing on hand all the time.
