I especially love this cookie because it is essentially coconut, chocolate chips and nuts held together with the minimum amount of dough. Prep time includes chill time.

My family thought I was crazy when I said coconut was in the cookies! But when they tried them, I can't get them to stop eating them.

OH MY! These are really good! I worried the coconut would be too prominent, but everything blends together well, for the perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie! I only had chunk chocolate chips and pecans, but it still turned out great. I'll never make any other!
