This is the easiest banana bread recipe. My daughter made it for a 4H project and got 2nd place.

I cooked this the first time for a little over an hour in a loaf pan and the edges all came out great but the middle was still a little mushy, so I tried it again because the part that was cooked was soooo good only I made muffins and they turned out awesome, best banana recipe I've ever tried.

Hint when making banana bread: After pouring the batter into the pan, let it sit about 20 minutes before baking to get the full banana flavor !!
