Very Berry Trifle (And They'd Never Guess It was Fat Free!)

Very refreshing and awakening. My DH and I ate this down so YummY! A great dessert for after a heavy meal. I used my vita mix which I was able to use frozen berries without thawing. I use blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. I added a good splash of Chambord. And as you see in the picture I garnished with fresh berries and mint leaves.
