This so verstile and easy! Use any combination so desired, for the nectars or/& the yogurts.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 4 cups low-fat blueberry yogurt or raspberry low-fat yogurt
  • 2 cups peach nectar or pear juice
  • 4 ripe bananas

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix all ingredients in a blender and then serve.
