BEWARE! Benihana uses a special garlic butter recipe as well as soybean oil to grease the skillet. This recipe here was dissapointing. My fiance and I go to Benihana once a week and this is NOT the recipe. Decent though.

Yum, yum, yum! I have always loved the rice at Benihana's and now I can eat it on the cheap whenever I please. One thing to note: use japanese short-grain rice rather than the more common long grain US rice, or it won't be just like what they give you in the restaurant.

Amazing! I think I'll add a few peas next time, but it was really outstanding and so easy to make.
