This recipe made my taste buds happy. It's so easy. I got this recipe from one of those recipe cards in the produce section at Walmart!

SERVES 6 , 1 salad (change servings and units)

Directions

    Mix apple, endives and almondds together in a bowl.
  2. 2
    Mix the dressing and pour on salad.
  3. 3
    Toss thoroughly and serve.

    This is a quick and easy salad. We loved the combination of the apples and almonds. (I used almond slivers because I already had a bag of them). This is a great salad that I will be making over and over again. Thanks so much Starlee, for sharing this.

    I happened to have walnuts, so I used them with walnut oil for the dressing. I was sort of hesitant about the garlic with apples, but it turned out perfect! Will definately make again!
