This is a quick and easy salad. We loved the combination of the apples and almonds. (I used almond slivers because I already had a bag of them). This is a great salad that I will be making over and over again. Thanks so much Starlee, for sharing this.

I happened to have walnuts, so I used them with walnut oil for the dressing. I was sort of hesitant about the garlic with apples, but it turned out perfect! Will definately make again!
