KITTENCAL

I make these all year around for my parties they are the best Margarita, don't worry you won't even taste the beer, you can double or triple this recipe if desired, if the mixture tastes too sweet you can add in a little more water, use the limeade can to measure out all ingredients

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate (semi-thawed)

  • 12 fluid ounces tequila
  • 6 fluid ounces 7-up
  • 6 fluid ounces cold water (or use 12 fl.oz. Seven-Up or water)
  • 12 fluid ounces beer
  • ice (lots of ice!)
  • 1 lime (cut into wedges)

Directions

  1. 1
Pour the limeade, tequila, Seven-Up, water and beer into a large glass pitcher; stir with a long-handled spoon until completely blended and the frozen limeade has completely melted.
  2. 2
    Add in lots of ice.
  3. 3
Adjust with extra water if the mixture is too sweet.
  4. 4
Serve each glass with a lime wedge on the end.

These were smashing. Easy, delicious. What else can I say? They were just a bit sweet for us, so next time I will tart them up a bit. Super and will make often. THANKS for a great one, again!

Wow! I love margaritas, but never can find one at home that taste like resturants. So, I don't drink them often because we all know how much one at a resturant cost. These are awesome. I finally have a recipe I can make at home. I didn't mix the ice in, but pourd the drink over the ice in the cups. Great!

Very good, I thought it was better than a lot of the overly sweet margaritas at restaurants. We used Corona too which was a nice touch!
