Great with pretzels, crackers, and chips. This is also good spread for burgers and sandwiches.

    In a bowl, combine cream cheese and ranch dressing mix.

    Stir in cheese, green onions and then beer until desired consistency.

    Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight.

    A really tasty twist on the original! I wasn't too sure about it the first day, but WOW! It was a definite second-day hit at our house! Will make again...thanks for posting it!

    Easy to make cheese dip and so good! I used one package of the ranch dressing mix and dried chives instead of the green onions. Also used 1/2 cup of Miller Lite beer to get it to a creamier consistency. This will be a family favorite! Thank you Mean Jeanne for posting this recipe.

    This is the greatest! Works on crackers, veggies, anything! Easy and quick, I only refrigerated 2 or 3 hours. Everyone loved it. Personally I like it best with celery!
