Prepared these Pinwheels for guests at a planned weekend gathering. I love Pinwheels and so do my guests.Using the deli beef instead of the turkey and ham made for a nice change. I doubled the recipe and did add 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Made up the Pinwheels using Spinach, Pesto and Sun Dried Tomato tortillas. I picked up extra deli beef and added the thin slices to some as well as grated cheese to others. We loved the beef. This easy to prepare recipe made for a platter of great looking and irresistible appetizers ... and of course there were no left overs!!

This was SO EASY to make! I used dry beef instead of the roast beef by mistake, but it turned out well. I used 4 WHOLE green onions and will cut it back to 3 next time. Thank you for sharing.
