This was so easy to prepare and so easy to enjoy!!
Made half the recipe and added some red bell peppers I needed to use up. Could add any kind of veggies (which I would do next time). Didn't cook the noodles first, just put the whole thing in the oven for about an hour. Voila! Thanks looneytunesfan!
