OMG!!! I haven't even served this yet... did my own taste test... I could eat the whole thing!! Do you realize how many Stroganoff recipes there are out there? I think I looked at all of them.. but really liked the way yours sounded... I did add extra meat I have a Marine to feed! but everything else I kept the same. This is my NEW Strog. Recipe!! Thanks for posting....

Excellent and easy. Very rich. For a change I added a spoonful of spaghetti sauce just for a tang of tomato. I liked it both ways.

I was trying to find a stroganoff recipe that didn't use cream of mushroom soup and this was the one I stumbled across. This was just fantastic. The only changes I made were to cut the beef in half (this is my way of cutting cost) and use less mushrooms (my husband won't eat them). Thank you. Finally a "from scratch" stroganoff meal without the cream of mushroom soup.

This was very rich and delicious. I used top sirloin steaks cubed and it was great, Thanks!
