Hubby and Little Miss (DD) really enjoyed this recipe. I marinated the beef in the morning before I went to work and cooked it on the BBQ, the sauce was quite easy to put together. Little Miss ate it without the Sate Sauce on top (we are try to avoid giving her nuts). They both said it taste fantastic, even a non spice fan (Little Miss) had a few servings. Thank you JustJanS

I really played with this recipe. I used vegetables on a skewer for the main recipe using the marinade as a baste. Very different and delicious. I also marinaded the beef strips overnight with the satay sauce, threaded them on skewers and cooked on the BBQ. I basted the beef skewers with the satay sauce whilst cooking. Sorry to play with your recipe to this degreee JanRoundOz but I could resist the temptation of your blend of ingredients. I will prepare this recipe as directed in future and I'm sure I'll love it as much.

Used Chicken instead of beef. Was great and I imagine it would be just as good with Beef.

Thank you for a great recipe!! I divided the marinade into 2 parts, using 1/2 for beef and the rest for chicken. Both were cubed and served with toothpicks at a party. The plates emptied very quickly. This is easy and a recipe I will be making again soon. Thanks!
