This is a great quick meal and economical! I made this for my family a couple nights ago and we really liked it alot. I served this with garlic bread and a lettuce salad.....perfect. I did use two pounds of ground beef cuz I didn't want half a pound sitting in the fridge. It worked great. Thank you for sharing this recipe with us, I will be making this again.

I made a few changes to this recipe, I added in fresh garlic and chili flakes when cooking the ground beef and omitted the garlic salt, I used seasoned salt in place, also I increased the cheddar cheese amount, with those changes we enjoyed this dish, thanks for sharing Diner!

Used a 12oz bag of noodles, 80zs od cream cheese and and extra can of tomatoe sauce. Went over very well in our house. Fed the three of us the first night, me at lunch the next day and 4 teenage boys after skateboarding all day. Thanks for a great recipe!

My family and I loved this recipe! I was asked to make it again....we fought over the leftovers. I used ground turkey, which I added onion, garlic, 1 stalk celery and half of a green pepper . I seasoned the turkey mixture with pepper, Emeril's Essence and Worcestershire sauce. I used seasoned salt instead of garlic salt and added 1 teaspoon of chili powder. To the top I added a blend of sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. I sprinkled it with fresh minced parsley. It was unbelieveably great. Thanks! This will be made alot.
