I was disappointed with this because it was very bland. It didn't taste bad, it just only tasted of meat and vegetables. I added the meat marinade in with the dish rather than draining the meat. The directions didn't say. This resulted in the meat being a bit "boiled."

This was good. I only had a red bell pepper and I added mushrooms and broccoli because I hate celery
The rest of ingredients remained the same. I found it a bit bland, but the dish definitely has potential. Served it over noodles.

It was my first time making a curry dish. This recipe was very simple to make. I like that it had more sauce in it so that I could mix it with the rice. I also added water chestnuts. It was very flavorful and very mild. Thanks so much for the recipe.
