Low Fat Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookie

I love mussels and I love this recipe. Fast and easy to make with a great soupy sauce. I've tried to use the amounts given in the description, but used more tabasco sauce and fresh tomatoes (because I have them on hand). Like Chef Zee I adapt the taste to my idea, but here it wasn't necessary. MAybe one could think it is too much sugra - no, it is just right. The sweet notes of this dish makes the difference to many other mussel recipes. I like the combination of sweet and spicy. And don't omit the fish sauce. It supports the flavours of the mussels so well. You should try this recipe.
