Found this in a compilation of recipes from the A.O.R.N. in Billings. I think it's a copycat of the cappuccino served at Batista's Hole in the Wall in Vegas.

Darn good cuppa coffee! Based on a preious review, I only used 1 1/2 cups of powdered milk and I thought it was just right. I did make it with brandy, but I think you could use Bailey's, Kalhua, or similar would be great in here, too. I will have to try all of the possibilities! Thanx for sharing.

I loved it, but it would be perfect for me if it had less milk. Cocoa made the difference and added a slightly different taste to a plain cappuccino. Next time due to personnal taste I'll add less milk and no sugar. Thanks, for sharing this great coffe with us littleturtle!
