got this recipe in my kitchen gourmet waffle maker instruction booklet

SERVES 8 , 8 waffles (change servings and units)

    preheat waffle maker.
  2. 2
    In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients and sugar.
  3. 3
    In another bowl, mix the beaten egg yolks, skim milk, and melted butter.
  4. 4
    form a hole in the middle of the dry mixture.
  5. 5
    pour in the wet mixture.
  6. 6
    mix just until the batter is slightly lumpy.
  7. 7
    fold in the stiffened egg whites.
  8. 8
    pour 2/3 cup mixture into waffle maker.
  9. 9
    follow directions for waffle maker.
  10. 10
    remove with a fork.
