Yummy! Great basic recipe. We used San Pelegrino sparkling water because that's what we happened to have on hand, and it was great.

This was YUM! I did add a bit more sugar to it...about 1t more. I could have had extra tart limes though...

A refreshing drink for a hot summer day! I couldn't get fresh mint at my local market at this time of the year - so I substituted with 1/8 tsp peppermint extract. Thanx Rita!

For my first attempt at making a Mojito after Costa Rica, I'm glad I picked this one. It is super easy and was everything I was looking for in my memory of a fantastic Mojito. This one goes in the Keeper vault. Thank you ~Rita, my Mojito Queen
