    Cut veggies in small to medium pieces and cover with water.

    Boil fast for 10 min, then simmer and cook until veggies are tender.

    You can eat this soup anytime you are hungry; eat as much as you want, whenever you want, will not add calories.

My Mom made this soup and it is fabulous. The saltiness is necessary I think because of the potassium depletion. Can you email me the 7 day plan? Please? Thanks so much!

    Thanks for posting!! I tried this diet in high school, got it from the wrestling coach; the team did it when they needed to make their weight class. If you love fruits and veggies it works well to get started on a weight loss program or to just lose a few extra lbs.

    I added carrots because I had some great organic ones. Very good the next day. Too salty for one co-worker but that's her problem, lol. Makes lots so was just right for a crowd here at the office. Thanks for a keeper.

    This was very good, even better the next day. I used home canned tomatoes and if I use them again will probably add a teaspoon of sugar to cut down the acidity of the tomatoes.
