Barbecued Oysters

Got this recipe from a SCUBA diving/oyster feed we had last night.

SERVES 12 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Barbecue oysters until they open, finish shucking with a knife. **Please wear thick gloves to do this, the oysters will be hot and possibly sharp**.
  2. 2
    Pour 1 teaspoon Italian dressing over each oyster, then sprinkle with bacon bits and 1/2 tsp parmesan cheese.

    Enjoy!
