Oh-so-easy ribs! I don't usually cook with catsup, but this is an exception...

Nice recipe. Tender ribs with plenty of sauce so you can dip every bite. I served this with steamed broccoli and stuffing on the side. Thanks for posting!

These are excellent ribs that were very tender and had good texture when done. Very easy to make. Thanks for a great recipe!

Probably the best "oven" ribs I've made, but nowhere near the best ribs I've made using the BBQ grill. They were way, way overly saucy. If I were to make these again, I would sauce less often, or baste with straight vinegar occasionally instead of the BBQ sauce. The ribs were tender, but parts of them seemed to be not quite ready. I think a little bit longer cooking time would benefit them... of course the constant interruption of basting them every 15 minutes probably didn't help them cook as much as they could have. Also, as far as rib cooking goes, these are pretty high maint. and require a lot of attention during cooking (basting 8 times if you follow the recipe). That said, these are still the best oven-made ribs I've made... Though I'm starting to think that its nearly impossible to get really good ribs if you use the oven. Using the BBQ grill has proven to give better results and is easier in general.

We loved this recipe. The meat was very tender, spicy and flavorful. The ingredients are usually already part of the kitchen pantry. I liked it most because it was fast and easy to make with very little fuss. For a little extra burn, I include a few dashes of chili pepper flakes. The entire family loved it.
