I didn't use the ribs stated in the recipe, and the ones I did use didn't take too well to simmering. So the rating is going by my outcome, using the ribs that are different to the ones in the recipe.
The sauce was very tasty, so I will try to make this again.
I might try grilling the ribs until browned and caramalized after marinating next time.
