This was great! Gave the meat a great flavor! (It got well done which would have ruined it for me if not for the marinade, which gave it flavor and it was still moist!) I did makes some changes I used mixed herbs since I didn't have enough thyme. I couldn't be bothered mincing garlic so I used garlic powder, I only had crushed red chilli pepper flakes so I used 1 1/2 tsp I also added a 1 tbs of worcestershire sauce. Thank you!

This is just excellent! Dont need another recipe for ribs ever again! Usually i leave it to marinate for 4 hours 2 in fridge and 2 in room temperature. Thanks alot for this! I do a double batch of this always and use 1-1,5 dl of water and a half a lemon.

Left out the salt and added a dash of lemon pepper and a splash of lemon juice. Very nice change of pace.

I made this a second time and used it on Lamb for kebobs - excellent- Let the mamb marinaste for 4 hour in the fridge Then skewered the lamb and BBQ'd for 12 minutes. I have posted pics of the lamb but should have taken one of the marinade too sorry First time A taste treat! I let it rest in the fridge overnight and then for 2 hours at room temperature. Thanks Bergy
