Delicious! I made this first a few months ago and forgot to write a review. Sorry. Here goes. I've made it by-the-book and with Andouille and also German Knockwurst and Frankfurt(ers)wurst. I smoke my own meats so sometimes I've used smoked wurst and sometimes not. Kennewick, my town, is blessed with a real butcher shop and we don't have to buy what AGRA-BUSINESS passes off as sausage. When I was out of small Red Potatoes I've subbed Yukon Golds and even Russets. I done the packs with freshly minced Garlic and once with garlic and freshly grated Ginger, different but good. (Cook longer over indirect heat, don't burn the Garlic or Ginger.) I've used Shallots, Red Onions, Walla Walla Sweets, and scallions(whites only). I've tried adding real Hungarian Paprika. I can think of only two ways to mess this recipe up,(1) Put something in the pack that you don't like or (2) space out and let it scorch. Everything I've tried has been wonderful. Thanx for posting this great recipe. Pierre

What a fantastic dinner to make when the weather is hot and you do not want to heat up the kitchen! I used smoked sausage instead of Kielbasa and added some mixed herbs along with the rosemary. What a great flavor blend! I will be making this often...no fuss, no muss, very tasty...my kind of meal!
