I used Chocolate protein powder and a little chocolate syrup. Next time I'd prefer to use 1/2 banana. Otherwise, delish!

This was exactly what I wanted! I'm lactose intolerant so I substituted the skim milk with Rice Dream original rice milk. I had Nesquik chocolate powder mix and the combination tasted DIVINE! Even my picky husband enjoyed it. I also tossed in a few teaspoons of Benefiber to kick up the fiber content. I would like to see it a little thicker - maybe I'll freeze the banana next time? Thanks for the great recipe!

Very good. I used a frozen banana, 4 tablespoons of Ovaltine, and added 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed for extra nutrition. It's better than Slim-Fast!
