This recipe is great as is, or you can kick it up a notch by adding chocolate chips (isn't everything better with chocolate???
I often make mini muffins and bake about 15 min. Thanks for a delicious recipe MaeEast.

Good flavor, good texture, but not my favorite. It needs a little something, maybe nuts added. Solid recipe to build on.

I'm not much of a "muffin person". I find them to be too bland, too dry, or not sweet enough. But my Mom give me a couple of those silicone (rubber looking) muffin pans, plus I had bananas turning darker by the minute, so I decided to try your recipe. Soooo glad I did! DH thanks you too!
