Banana Loaf

mmm..i really like the taste of this loaf,bit sticky.just like you're eating banana

SERVES 6 -8 , 6 -8 servings (change servings and units)

    Cream butter and sugar together until smooth.add eggs to creamed mixture.
  2. 2
    Add flour and baking soda to butter and egg mixture,stir to blend well,add bananas and nuts and/ or raisins; combine well.
  3. 3
    Pour mixture in greased and floured 9'' x 5" x 3" loaf pan.bake at 350 F for about 6o minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the loaf comes out clean.remove from pan and allow to cool before slicing.
