This tastes just like the frosting at the bakery, to create a light fluffy frosting the secret is the long beating time, make certain to sift your confectioners sugar this will insure a light fluffy frosting with no small lumps.

Yummy and easy to make. I got lots of compliments on this recipe. It was also a bit easier to use to decorate than the other recipe I've been using so I'll definitely be using it again. I didn't use margarine though, I used butter. It still turned out great.

I can't believe I haven't rated this before. I have used this frosting many times with success every time. I really like the taste and how it is so fluffy. It spreads very nicely too. The almond flavor is wonderful. Thanks Kit!

I'm currently in the process of learning how to decorate cakes and wanted a good tasting icing - OMG - this was awesom!! I wanted something to practice with and only did half of the recipe and it turned out great. Thanks for posting.
