Oh, wow! So tasty! I followed the recipe almost exactly and it was awesome. I used a jar of spaghetti sauce that had different veggies in it and it really added to the taste. Next time I will sprinkle more mozza on the top. I used ground italian sausage so I didn't have to chop it up, just brown it, and it turned out great!

This was a really good dish, but didn't call for enough sauce. I doubled the amount of sauce and thought it was perfect!

This stuff is incredible!!! I tried it out on my room mate since I had an entire day to exparament. He took one bite and said "I could almost kiss you". He went back for two more helpings, not to mention the awesome garlic bread I made to go with it. I followed the recipe exactly as written, except I added a good pinch of dried oregano as I love it. This one is definitely going under the "tried and true" file and will be made often in the future. The only thing I'd do different is invite several more people to enjoy it with us. Thanks for a great recipe!

great ziti recipe. I just tossed my old baked ziti recipe away, this will be a new tradition. the sausage(i used hot italian) really gave it a nice heat. I used cottage cheese instead of ricotta because I hate the sweetnes ricotta gives, but otherwise I would not change anything else.
