I made this after reading all the other reviews. I didn't add any additional salt-great tip. I added rice and used 1/2 cup of white wine and 1 1/2 cups of water. I also added Worchester sauce, garlic powder, lots of pepper (my personal taste) and good chili powder. I also seared pork chops and then cooked everything at 350 for an hour. Only complaint is that the pork chops were dry so next time I will cover and cook. The rice turned out really nice. Thanks for the recipe.

Yummy! I really liked the flavor and the ease of making this dish. However, it's kind of gross to look at, I wouldn't serve it to guests because the soup ends up looking like the skin on top of gravy that grosses me out. It doesn't taste that way though, and is very very good. Thanks!

Very good recipe. I browned chops with salt, pepper and garlic. I mixed the cream of mushroom soup and onion soup mix with 1 cup of converted rice and two cups of water. Poured over chops and baked covered for 1 hour. Made a great one dish meal. It was a bit salty for my taste, so I will not salt the chops before browning next time. Overall very good. Thanks for sharing.

This recipe was really good. I served it with white rice and the gravy was a bit salty. Next time I won't season the chops with extra salt. I even shared this one with my mom!
