I really wanted a casserole, but I can't eat milk or eggs (or soy or barley) right now (allergies). This didn't do it. I don't think it was the rice milk's fault, but more that I wanted a gooey casserole. DH put cheese on his plate, and it looked tastier. I added extra veggies, and that helped, but still the flavors didn't blend and turn into yummy. Not bad if you want a dinner with a little more to it than buttered noodles, but nothing like the casserole I wanted.

Delicious! I doubled the mustard and the milk as I like lots of sauce and wanted extra tang. I also added a chopped onion and peas. I topped it with some shredded cheddar instead of the bread crumbs. My husband and all 3 kids loved it. I will definitely be making this again.

I added some onion as suggested in a couple of ratings. This was nice and creamy and quite flavorful. I will certainly make this again.

A good, tasty dinner to make. Since DH and I like that extra "tang", the next time I'll add a little more mustard. Thanx Merlot!
