Baked Frito Pie

This is a baked version of a Frito Chili Pie. Just bake and serve with Frito chips.

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. 2
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. 3
    Brown ground beef with onion. Drain.
  4. 4
    Mix 1/2 of tomato sauce with taco seasoning and add to beef.
  5. 5
    Place beef mixture in the baking dish.
  6. 6
    Combine remaining tomato sauce with the refried beans.
  7. 7
    Carefully spread over beef mixture.
  8. 8
    Bake for 25 minutes.
  9. 9
    Sprinkle cheese over top and bake an addt'l 5 minutes.

    Serve with corn chips.
